Cydia Impactor | Patched for Windows by Umang Raghuvanshi

We all are aware that Cydia Impactor v0.9.44 had some issues. Windows users were unable to install any app using the CydiaImpactor.
So, download the one from the link below, it is patched & I have tested. This one works.
